I have ordered equipment from Novatech (Plymouth) for years without problems they had a good return service too when needed. But Novatech Portishead in early 2007 has problems with items not being there when the confirmation email says they should be. 3 out of the 6 orders I raised recently were not there when I visited. first had Vicki over to do our photographs when our little girl isabelle was just a few months old. We started a 'Watch Me grow' at that point and after 3 photo shoots we have recieved our completed display that show Issy though her stages from babe-in-arms to standing all on her own.
